By accessing and using "The Missing Maps" (Project Nexus), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Nature of Data (Forensic Disclaimer)

This tool aggregates public records regarding missing persons, unidentified remains, and historical criminal activity.

WARNING: The data presented may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. "Project Nexus" makes no guarantees regarding the validity of the geospatial coordinates or case details.

3. The "Predator Layer" & Proximity

The "Known Offender" / Serial Killer data layer is provided strictly for historical context.

Correlation is NOT Causation: The proximity of a missing person's last known location to a serial offender's operating zone does not imply the offender's involvement.
You agree NOT to use this tool to publicly accuse, harass, or doxx individuals based on map correlations.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use this service to:

Harass families of missing persons.
Interfere with active law enforcement investigations.
Scrape data for commercial resale.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the operators of Project Nexus be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site.
